Trying Something Very New, In Retrospect, what I learned about gaining  Institutional Support

I teach at a small liberal arts school where inquiry based learning is quite a departure from other teaching styles currently employed in the introduction to proofs class.  I would like to share several ideas about what I wished I had done; talked more to my colleagues about the course while in the planning stages, gotten them to come see the class in action, discussed how we would assess impact ahead of time and use student assessment of learning gains (SALG) to supplement standard student evaluations.  I will share reactions to the course.
